Im running an Optima Yellow top. I feel i need the deep cycle for when im using the winch, it draws alot of power.

 

That's what I want to get!! Where did you get yours?? How much??

 

I got my original one at Autozone with a 2 year warranty. I brought it back in Feb because it was drained when i got home. Turns out it was "dead" dead and couldnt be revived. So i got another fo free . We will see if this one dies, if it does ill be switching brands. I was told that Optima sold out and ever since the quality has been falling downhill.

Edit: i think i paid around 180 for it.

 

That sucks. I need a good, solid battery. Don't do much in the way of accessories, but I do like to sit in my truck for a few minutes before work and don't want to have to worry about it dying too soon.

 

What youz guyz think about a set of duratracks 285/75/16...a lil more than half left on tread for $350. Ill try to get him down to $300.....

 

My problem could have been it just sat in the garage for a little over 2 months without being started. I think if you drive often it should be ok.

Id say its a good deal for 300, just take 300 bucks and say you mis-heard him
