Hi Lisa, I'm trying to take it easy for the summer. I need to apply for a few jobs a week in order to qualify for benefits, but I'm not having any luck. I was supposed to go to Florida last week but we stayed home so Jodi could be with her dad. We're going to Maine for a week in July, then I'm driving to Chicago in August with my son for four days, we're going to take in a couple of ball games and see the sights. Then back to school the last week of August. This is kind of like a little slice of retirement a few years early. I think retirement is going to agree with me, but I've got to work at least 5 more years, maybe more. Stay safe out there, I hear the weather gods are not happy with Montana right now.

we do stupid stuff like that at work when designing... we did a mural at a liquor store and there was a guy in the photo that had a shirt that said dick's towing... so we layed it out so it just showed the word dick. It was the only word on the whole wall so it stuck out like a sore thumb.haha.

Any of you guys have asthma? What does it feel like when you're having an attack?

Last night and tonight I've been having a hard time breathing. Been breathing real deep, but it's like I can't breathe deep enough....

I don't have asthma, but I have really bad allergies which leave me really congested. And when its humid like it has been the last few days, its nearly impossible to breathe.

    Hope you get better

Day 3 of my new job. Fortunately, My "Boss" is a friend of mine. SO....He brings forth an aly in this muddled mess of a construction company. I have been driving a dump truck, so its been pretty un stress full for me. HOWEVER, this can get boring, and I find my way out of the truck, and observe the site from time to time. The foreman is a complete moron. Today, for example, I notice 3 labors in a ditch, digging with shovels, while the foreman stands aside with a puzzeld look on his face. I aproach, and ask what the issue is. "We cant find an electric line" is his answer. So, I looks at the ditch, and see an storm drain, and some slurry. I ask him what the city code is on electrical lines (burried of course), and he looks at me with a puzzeld look and says "I dont know". Now....The city codes dictate where and how things are to be burried. Being as there is an storm drain in the ditch, knowing the code will tell if the lines are under, or along side of the storm drain. To add, the city will provide "as builds" showing the locations of such lines when they were installed. I point this out to the foreman, and he looks at me with a puzzeld look, and then says "I have never seen a power line before".......at which point, I walk away, get back into the airconditioned comfort of the truck, and turn the raidio on, and wait for the familliar sound of a 12k volt arc.....
