Morning all. Been working on the car this weekend. Here is a reflection pic after polishing and 2 coats of Zaino.

    DSC_0017_062fc97d7f7f9c1c6076879e59305f7421086644.jpg

Starting the interior this morning. Then 1 additional coat of Zaino. I plan on completing the wheels then do a coat of wax this evening.

Just remember, alcohol negates the effects of antibiotics. don't drink any booze for at least 4-5 days, not even one drink, I used to make that mistake all the time as a teen and kept getting sick cause no one told me.

    "
Chronic alcohol use and binge drinking affect the liver and may cause changes in the way some drugs, including antibiotics such as doxycycline (Vibramycin, Doryx), are metabolized. In such cases, a higher dose of antibiotic may be required to achieve the same treatment benefit.
Keep in mind that alcohol can reduce your energy and delay how quickly you recover from illness. So, it may be best to avoid alcohol until you have finished your antibiotics and are feeling better."

Still says you should probably try to avoid it

I have heard that antibiotics can negate or lessen the affects of birth control pills. In fact my buddy's daughter is the result of such a combination.

I've heard that also, we suspect my buddies daughter might be because of the same.

Sorry I was not very clear. I put a third coat of Zaino Z2 this AM and I am letting it sit and bond to the paint all day. In the meantime I am deep cleaning the interior and also cleaning the wheels/tires. I do not use wax on my wheels but I do use a sealant, Zaino Z2, on the wheels. The reason why is that wax can and will melt at around 120 F. Wheels help dissapate the heat from braking and in the summer they can get warm. A sealant will not melt.

I have read stories from detailers in southern states where they claim that you can see the wax melt on the car hood on a summer day.

FTR I am going to try a new wax, to me, on the car. It comes highly rated from friends I trust.

I will go back and use this wax in the fall as I get ready for winter.

If you will ever be in the Washington DC area give me a shout and I will help you detail your Tacoma. Seeing is believing and it does make a difference to use a quality product that works.
