    OMG :eek: Up north when mine broke I didn't fix it. Down here - it's way too hot to not have it. You would die of heat stroke watching TV.

    lol i joking told the installer that i was going to keep it set at 64F cause i hate the heat. he thought i was serious and suggested that was a bad idea lol

    I still have no AC here in Connecticut. It get up around 90 maybe 10 days out of the year here, and I've got plenty of trees around the house. I got a quote for around 3 grand to have central air put in (ductwork is already in place from forced air heat) and decided against it. Finally got the boat in the water today and did some fishing with my son. I beat him pretty good, like about 12 to 3:D

    :rofl: If I set mine at that I would have to stand outside with a hose and cool it down.... On real hot days my house wont get any cooler than 73 or so.

    I lived in California for some time and even when the weather was 112 there - it was NOTHING compared to 99 here with high humidity.

    Yep...I know. I've been in heat and humidity before. Cancun temps in the 90's with the humidity in the same range.

    Monsoon seasons here are getting there. 115 with 50% and dew points in the 60's n 70's.
