    She wants to. Its in a nice area, close to parks, shopping, etc. My only issue is the house is pretty dam large. Im not sure the utilites would be very affordable.

    Yeah, the asking price is out of ours too, but Julie said that they would accept an offer between 200 and 250.....Still....the utilities would be tripple what were paying now Im betting....and I dont think they have the taxes listed correctly.....
