    I work with a guy right now, always going for smokes and about 350-400Ibs, lets all the stress get to him and gets worked up easy, we're actually all kinda worried for him...

    Yeah, and how many of them have kept the weight off when they went back to their "normal" life? The purpose of only losing a couple of pounds a week is through life style change that you can keep up the rest of your life.

    well my dad is a big man, used to be a sports star... HS football RB, college lettering wrestler for U of Cincinnati, tennis metal winner in the Army... knees couldnt handle it anymore and he got lazy and slowly put on weight.

    Saying all that its each persons decision to take care of themselves or not and it can limit their life span
