    I have to set goals for the year. Every quarter, I have to write what progress I have made against the goal. At the end of the year, I'm evaluated and if I get good scores then I get a bonus.

    If only my boss was in the same location as me.. I used to do things like that at my last job.

    3. I WILL NOT kill my boss
    4. I will show up to work with not more than a .08 BAC
    5. Every week, on one random day, I will not wish injury/death on anyone.
    6. Though I may still throw things at fellow employees, I will not aim for their eyes.

    My last review, my Boss would ask ME how I thought I did on these "Goals" that the company had out lined. It was a 1 thru 5 scale. He called me into his office, and began the BS company babble, and I said, "Well....I would give myself "5's" accross the board. Its 4:25 (day ended at 4:30) so lets wrap this up and go accross the street for a beer." He just sat there looking at me for a second, then said "Well......if you had all 5's, that wouldnt allow for room to improve.......Im gonna give you a "4" in some areas.......tell the secretaries to lock up..." and we went for beer.
