    I know right? All of a sudden 37 is feeling like 57 ?

    I know I need to get in better shape, but I'm not really THAT out of shape... I'm 6'1" and weigh about 215... I could stand to drop a few pounds but I really don't have a gut... I quit smoking over two years ago and i have not drank alcohol in over 13 1/2 years...

    It's a mystery to me. :(

    I checked myself into the ER Thursday night with chest and jaw pain. I started getting it after pushing a large car outta an intersection and down the street. I wouldn't thought nothing of it had it not been for the jaw pain. Something I've never experienced before. It scared the hell outta me. EGK reading was abnormal at first. The 2nd one was better and my blood work came back ok. There is an enzyme that is released and will show up in blood work, that indicates Coronary damage. I did not have that.

    I feel the same way. I'm 37 also and feel old as hell at times. I'm 5' 9" at 219. I have a 36 inch waist and wear a size 48 in jackets. I wasn't meant to be this big.
