Tracking says mine is delivered

 

rinse and pat dry
drizzle a little olive oil on each filet and then salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme (a pinch or two of each per piece)
take a square-ish piece of tin foil for each filet and drizzle a little more olive oil on the tin foil (so the skin won't stick)
place the filet in the tin foil skin side down
top with two slices of lemon (or 1 tsp of lemon juice if you don't have whole lemons) and loosely fold the edges up, leave one corner open for steam
grill for 20-25 minutes at roughly 400* (you can bake it in the oven too. I like to grill it so my house doesn't get too fishy smelling)

It goes great with rice pilaf or risotto and asparagus

I usually have the Salmon with Asparagus.

Nice and simple to let the flavour, Canadian eh, of the salmon come through.

I sometines push crushed black pepper into the salmon flesh then place lemon slices next to the flesh and onion slices on top of that. Clamp in a fish basket and smother the fish with mayonaise. Cook 10 min on each side with the gril at 400 degrees.

I really need to put a sub panel in my basement. The bastards just wired one circuit for all the basement lights. I would like to have multiple circuits down there. I'm thinking a 60A 220v would be plenty.
