    I had one incident with the guy below me about 2 years ago. he was blasting music at 3am on a tuesday. I go on my balcony and tell them to turn that shit down or I'm calling the cops. they must have thought I was bluffing, I wasn't. he moved out.

    I've yelled at my neighbor several times and told the landlord, it does no good. Including the week that he moved in...partying at 3 am on a Thursday night! And he's in his late 40's. Grow up already!

    I think I remember him, guy about my age with a Harley? He was OK, Jason'sLawnCare was a good guy, but I don't think he signs on much anymore. I'm sure they are all nice in person, just a couple of them seem to get carried away at the keyboard. The guy making most of the trouble had less than 200 posts.
