 The track lighting and fixtures were just delivered. I ordered them on Friday. I hope the bulbs are delivered just as quick. I am bettin no because the flood lamps were ordered from a company in Pamona, CA. The spot bulbs are coming out of NJ. The NJ company did not carry the flood bulb from the same manufacture.

Sometimes on line buyng can be a bitz.

I know I have the same problem. I went to the local Lowes and HD along with a local ACE and none of them had everything I wanted to buy. I bet I spent 4 hours on the computer just buying the bulbs alone.

I actually ordered bulbs on Friday and paid with a credit card. I get an e-mail later on that night stating that they no longer carry the bulbs and my card was not charged. I looked at my CC statement on line and I was not charged. The recommended another bulb for about $15 more per bulb. I passed. I eventually found a source for the recommended bulb that was the same price as the original bulbs I ordered.

I buy my tools from a local company, I've become friends with the owner so he hooks me up on prices ( saved $200 on a table I was going to buy from hd for example). He also has a no bullshit return policy so if something isn't working the way you think it should, or batteries don't seem to hold a charge he immediately exchanges them and if your still not happy, gives a full refund

    Can't beat his customer service

Shipping is a pain, especially the fees they tag on. I ordered a few things from a Canadian company and they shipped it out to me. Problem was they used a company that doesn't deliver to residential addresses

So for three days I had to fight with the head office to get my stuff delivered. They tried to give me two choices, drive down to their warehouse (1.5 hrs away) or pay 150$ for special delivery. Eventually the company I ordered from convinced them to deliver so I ended up having a full size transport truck parked out in front of my house to drop off one small item lol

So, Amazon messed up again... They just sent me an email stating that they had received my return for the suspension that only came to me partially. When they sent out the second one, they never charged me for it. Since they received my original one, they just refunded me the money that was spent on the original suspension parts.

I scrounged around Amazon and none of the suppliers to Amazon had enough bulbs in stock or Amazon did not carry the same kelvin bulb in a spot or a flood.

I think that the LED bulb market is so new that there are not a lot of compaies carrying them.

GE has a nice selection but no one carries all of the bulbs I would attribute that to the newness of GE in the LED bulb market. I eventually went with Sylvania but it was imposible to find a single supplier that carried the bulbs I wanted in the $31 to $33 price range. There were a few that had the bulbs but in the $45 price range.

The biggest reason I went the LED path is due to the low heat output of LED. The power savings and longevity are a big plus as well.

I looked at GE, Toshiba, Ecosmart, Phillips, Lighting Science, and Sylvania.

You never realize the number of bulbs out there till you really start to look for a specific bulb.
