DeWalt , had it for probably 10 years

 

Looking at the dewalt and the Bosch I posted.. Had a Mikita but the depth adjust sucked ass

 

Later gentlemen... Need to get some work done in the morning

 

I haven't looked at the newer DeWalt machine but the one I have has a dial type depth adjustment so you can adjust the depth incrementaly

 

The new one looks like you twist the base to the depth and lock it in

Doesn't look like it would be easy to do fine adjustments

 

The one I have the base is removeable , locks on with a cam lock . The depth has a dial and a lock .

 

159 for the dewalt, 215 for the bosch

The dewalt only has a 27000 rpm max, the Bosch has a 35000rpm max

Of those two , I would probably get the Bosch

 

That's what I was leaning towards. Don't like how dewalt advertises the whole replacement motor on their site.... Makes me second guess the quality

 

The two base system of the DeWalt makes me think it can't be great at either base configuration
