    With all the snowfall this year ... the moose are showing up in the neighborhoods big time. When we got done installing the BackRack last night, we came back in the house and the dogs wanted to go outside, let them out the back door and a min or so later we hear them barking up a storm...walk out on the back deck and they're about 30 feet away barking at a moose about 15 feet farther from them....luckily they listened when I called them back...they were working on gettin' a stompin'! :eek:

    That reminds me of when i had my dogs at my friends farm. They ran up to the horse and were play barking at him... Almost got the mule kick , tho they didnt listen to me i had to go oit there and beat tgem before they listened

    Normally they aren't a threat...unless provoked...dogs barking at them and getting closer...would probably provoke a response. Once we called the dogs back in...the moose stayed in the backyard chewing on a tree branch for quite a while before moving on.
