JD, having used mud flap material to fill your fender lines, would you use it again or would you do ABS plastic?

I need to do the other side at some point, I would buy material so its all one piece. I just did that to use what I had but it was a little more work linking them all together to make one big piece

That was the hardest part of taking out the dash. I figured the plastic would come out and the airbag would stay. But there is actually two bolts behind the glove box that hold the air bag to the dash post and when you take those out the airbag comes out attached to the dash

I havent done the bars out of the back yet, that is next. Then drop it to 360 weld and then it will probably get the stock seats back in to DD for awhile

So are you going to just tie into the Bed cage from there or at you going to add a c pillar bar as well?

He's not doing rear passenger seats.
You can stop at the b-pillar and do all your crossbars at the b-pillar and stub out after to save on material and weight.

Exactly. No need for a double because I don't have back seats, plus I have uprights at the front of the bed that will tie into those just before it bends down. So if I did a c pillar bar there would be another one right outside the cab 6 inches away
