    Easy. You can drill out all the old spot welds but I just cut mine off with a grinder. To install you just make some holes along the top inside edge and then make some sort of bracket for the lower portion, I re-bent the stock bracket and got it to work

    did you have to cut a bunch on the door jam part where the tailgate latches?

    Some fenders are different so you have to look at the fenders you are installing to see how much to cut. I was able to leave the whole latch and still had a tailgate for awhile with the fenders, everything still worked like stock

    Kinda stock
    Cheap car for beating up to and from work is great. Saves money too if it is a cheap and reliable car. Those truck tires, suspension maintenance, and gas add up. I rebuilt my starter a few years ago. Not sure how much different your starter is than mine.

    I saw some info on rebuilding them but it cranks fine. What happens is it sticks and makes a loud screech when its supposed to disengage, it kinda sounds like when you hit the starter and the engine is already running. So I wasn't sure if rebuilding would fix that

    Replaced the starter and it starts like a champ again :) The old starter bearing was going out and the starter gear was starting to wobble
