Looks like they locked it up before it got out of hand. It is pretty funny that on post 13 someone called what would eventually happen.:D As someone else mentioned, after seeing some of the pics I am reassured of why I would always choose the Tacoma over the Frontier. Plus the fact that I owned an 01 new from the dealer and had to do a head gasket at 32,000 kind of left a bad taste in my mouth.

I didnt see an issue with the thread. Its too bad it was locked. I dont think there is any issue with folks being happy in their purchase. We sure as hell are.

Lol I like the edit to the op. Shit obviously blew up on the dumbass that started that thread. IMO it would be similar to a Honda civic forum having a thread about parking their tuners next to ferraris or lambo's.. Just doesn't make sense to me

I like all types of trucks... If everyone drove the same thing and liked the same thing, this world would be one boring ass place....

Same for me, my buddy has a pretty sweet Pro4x Frontier, same year as mine with nice features such as leather motorized seats, sunroof, etc.

But those were items I did not want on mine, plus mine has a backup camera, compartment space behind the rear seats, power plug in the bed area, etc.

I just like the style of the Tacoma, I had thought buying a Frontier as it was less money with more options, but I would have regretted not buying what I wanted...a Tacoma! :)

Yeah, that whole thing was lame. I have seen some pretty nice Frontiers out there, but seriously the OPs first two mods listed are fogs and stickers. He even mentions that when he has more money, he will get more stickers. I applaud the Frontier owners who did not participate and pointed out how childish the whole thing is.

I really don't know how my post indicated that my day was "ruined"? You're not really the one to talk either, you made an account on a rando forum to criticize how we're talking about your site. But yeah I guess being in my house at 11pm on a tuesday indicates I need to get out more. Anyway I think you're making a bigger deal out of this than it actually is, I don't think there is any real "hatred" between Taco and Fronty owners, I think everyone's just having a good time poking fun at one another. Same way you might give shit to one of your buddies who's a fan of a different football team than you. Nothing hostile about it.

^ I actually made an account on here to see what the So Cal guys are up to, potentially join any meets, and vice versa. I use my truck to offroad, and the more meets/trips I can join the better. Believe me...I am not going to lose any sleep over it, and it sounds like you are not either, so it's all good. Let the shit talking resume...:crapstorm:

I'm a member of that Forum, and it's got quite a few cool members. Could care less about the Taco vs. Frontier thing, both are good trucks, it's clear which one I like more.
