Yeah i dont want to be pulling my gun out every two min thinking a bear is in the woods. I also have a dog run at my house too if you wanna leave them in that. Atleast it wont be valley hot at my house.

 

Greekboy, you will be sober like me for the weekend. Right? Too bad Matt won't be there. The sober ones would have made sure he got to bed alright. I guess we can look on to Stefen (I think I spelled it right) to make sure he doesn't fall asleep under the beer pong table this time.

 

So looks like the fire restrictions have been lifted haha germ has a pic of the wood pellet plant up in flames! And i mean UP IN FLAMES! There are 100+ yard long piles of 35-40foot long logs piled about 30feet in the air. I think there are 4 of those piles atleast. Its all currently on fire. And i dont mean oh cool look at that fire over there. Its blazing i live about 15 miles away and he sky is red/orange

I like how nonchalant the townsfolk are about it. ADOT guy told me it was the spring burning of the pellet mill.

 

Yeah it happens so often its crazy. Im surprised they are not fined more cause of how often it happens. Or its done on purpose for insurance money. Had to easily be a couple million in product burned

 

Easily. It's a little nerve racking though. You and I are both downwind of that. On a windy day we'd be SOL.

Crazy about the pellet log piles burning. I heard about it on the news last night and this morning.

 

Awesome Stefen! I will bring some 308's. And we will stop by that store to see whats going on and if we want to pick up some booze and make a regulation bar haha.

No brian the reztriction hasnt been lifted yet. Just a joke cause they got to have anout a 8 acre bon fire last night and if they even get a fine it will probably be around the 5k range. Which kinda sucks cause if the restriction is in place and your caught with a campfire its 1k per person at your campsite. I wish i knew important people too like the owner of that pellet place.

 

So fire restrictions are still in place? So there's no need for me to bring my chainsaw? Unless we wanna go around cutting shit up just for shits & giggles?

 

Currently yes still in affect. We have 2 weeks tho. As of tomorrow night there is a 30% chance of rain at big lake. And on friday and sat are thunder storms with 50% chance of rain up to 3-4 inches. Im keeping an eye on it and should be ok. Last year the restriction was lifted june 26th and year before july 3rd. So its in that area just looking for more rain. And here have been allot of storm clouds up in that area. Im going up tomorrow evening to check it out and do some location spotting

 

I figured it was too soon. Let's all do the rain dance every night up until the 28th.

Doesn't look like my bed rack that goes over the softoper will be on for this trip. Doesn't exactly work with the softoper but the fab shop that built it is working with me to get it fixed

 

Over your softopper? I thought you hax a rack with the rtt on it? Excuse my ignorance i am still working on how those work. And yes i have watched videos and looked online at the companies. So your tent goes on a rack? You have another rack being built that goes under the rtt rack that the softopper ataches to?
