    Mistake #1, ASKING. I like the approach of just either A, just telling them your taking these days off. When they tell you no, just look them straight in the face and say well its a good thing I wasn't asking your permission then wasn't it. Or B, just don't show up and don't answer your phone.

    Works for me...


    BTW, I fucking hate being the boss right now. Not only do I have to baby sit grown ass men working for/with me, but I have to baby sit the fucking army guys making sure they don't break shit. I would rather it just be me, myself, and I. Then I will just do it all and still get it done faster and better than relying on other people. As for the Army guys, I have already been working with this unit for the better part of a year and they know if they piss me off I will choke the shit out of them so they are good to go.... usually.

    I swear, between the US Army guys and my guys its like herding retarded fucking cats. :going crazy:

    At least the end result is I get to blow shit up for a living...
