    I was planning on attending this. It would b my first time there and to finally meet a lot of you. But my wife saw some of the footage of the trail and saw the cliff edge along the narrow parts and changed her mine. Bummer..... She is petrified of heights. I tried to change her mine, but to no luck....... I may still go, depending on weather...... This trip looks to be a great time!!!!!!

    The 2wd route doesnt have any large drops and doesn't even get close to any cliff edges afaik

    Yeah correct. 2wd is just graded dirt road no where near cliffs or heights.

    Tell her if you are going the 2wd route, then there is no huge drop offs or narrow roads. The 2wd route depending on if you are coming from Phoenix or Tucson is 30 or more of miles of wide dirt roads. Some of us have gone 70+ down these roads. The last several miles to camp is slow going because you are going through water crossings and narrow non-edge road and crossing a creek many times.
