    Nice. I was thinking about that. But i only do those on my smoker. I could trailor my smoker out. I would be making to good of food to have while camping tho.

    Im going to spice it up and do something better than carne asada. Gotta go thru some old recipes.

    Awesome man! Kyla boils the ribs in seasonings and a little apple cider vinegar, then a 24 hour marinade in honey BBQ sauce, and grill it up. Epic.
