I’m all over SoAz, just depends on the day. Some days in Scottsdale, some days Florence and some days Tucson. Sounds like a nice close place to wheel.

Right on man yeah it's pretty fun man. Hit me up when you're in Chandler or in town. Maybe we can plan on going 4-wheeling. I'm always down and yeah bulldog, you need your bulldog pass from the ranger station in Mesa to get out there. It's free as combination codes for the gates with pass. You can get it online too.

Are you looking for a camping area?
Also hike Devil's Bridge, that trail is always packed, and to be able to hike it work no one else would be a dream, I bet tomorrow it will have very few people, but I could be wrong.

We have been camping, but with the snow and rain coming in tonight and tomorrow we opted for a motel. That is the positive I guess of planning trips on holidays. Ha

I think Sedona will be a 50/50 on crowds. Could be busy with people in town and relatives showing them az. Hopefully not though!

if your coming from flag, take Schnebly hill road down into Sedona. Long and bumpy dirt road but the views are awesome. PM me if you want directions.

If I’m not mistaken, Schnebly Hill Rd. gets closed for the winter. It’s probably do-able right now, but the road is most likely “officially” closed.

Anyone up for a late start wheeling trip today? Was thinking backroad to crown king, grab some dinner and drinks at the top. Open to other ideas too.

I cant but FYI snow levels are super low after last night and everything is saturated. It will be very slick the entire way.

Thanks for the beta. Always a good time when the snow levels are higher, but adding some slick rocks could add to the fun.

Not today, but a buddy and I (Tacoma and FJ) will be near-ish Crown King tomorrow around 1 poking around. Not sure on your schedule, but we are planning on starting with Castle Creek Road to Cleator and going from there. Two nights of camping.

Sounds like a fun time, but we are heading down to Bisbee tomorrow for a little vacation. Haunted hotel, bar hopping, and some good food. Thanks for the invite though!

Hey everyone, its been YEARS since I posted. Hope all is well and everyone's staying safe. Had an eventful Easter last night...my upper BJ failed going East on Broadway approaching Wilmot. Immediately locked up my front right tire and I was lucky to pull into the BevMo parking lot. I'm running SPC UCAs, but with the old, non-greasable BJs. Very lucky I wasn't on the highway. Figured I'd take this opportunity to do a complete front-end rebuild with new upper and lower BJs, replace all bushings, new outer tie rods, axle boots, and whatever else comes up. Gonna be a fun drive to the alignment shop after everything's back together.
