Not sure if this is the right thread for this but didn't see a forum for events and such so I guess this is as good a place to start as any....

On March 12th Jenelle Bernstein- Nilluka lost her loving and devoted husband and father to her 2 sons, Jeff Nilluka.

The Nillukas' are a family who has helped others and served there community and church tirelessly.

    NOW THEY NEED OUR HELP.

There are many expenses that need to be taken care of and can be quite overwhelming for any family. We are asking any amount of donation that you are able to help fund expenses such as: Medical bills, funeral fees, living expenses and daily needs of the family. Even $5 will help. Unfortunately there was no Health or Life insurance and Jeff was self employed as a Construction contractor.

Jeff was active as a Director of The Rubicon Trail Foundation, active member of Westside Church of Placerville and belonged to MANY other clubs and groups such as FOTR, Toys on The Rocks, Westside Wheelers, Mountain Transit Authority, RTF Cantina for the 'Con Chairman, TLCA and CORVA. Jeff was the owner of Cambrian Construction, a Little League Coach and even a G6 Radio Control racer he has his HAM radio license call sign KJ6IYN. Most of all Jeff was a great husband, dad and a friend. He was always willing to help with a project, but rarely asked for help himself. Another one of Jeff’s passions was to have people use only licensed contractors.

Jeff leaves behind a loving wife Jenelle and two sons, brave young men, Jamis and Jered and we must not forget the dog Jules. Jeff has been a great friend and mentor to many and this loss cuts us all to the core. Jeff’s eyes would light up when you asked him about the family and his two sons.

Jeff was a wonderful servant of the Lord. He was a humble, kind, and gentle man who would give you the shirt off his back in a snow storm, and Jeff hated the snow!! As a member of Westside church, Jeff Gave his life to the Lord a while back along with his wonderful wife Jenelle. Jeff will remain in the forefront of all of our hearts as an amazing example of a man who would lead his family and love his wife and kids.

You will be missed but never forgotten, and your family will always have a seat to go to the trail you loved so much.

We all ask for prayers to be sent to Jenelle, Jamis, Jered and the Family.

Thank you for any help you can give this deserving family!

    R.I.P. Jeff.
