    We have been thinking about it also . Wife and I bought our house in 1994 . It’s beautiful here . Long story short ....payed $20 k for the house needed a lot of work . Never had a mortgage. 2 home equities over the years both paid off early. Possible 500-700 acre industrial solar farm going in across the road so we might be out of here .

    What beautiful property... that would be really sad. Most of the farm land here is being bought up and made into track homes... gonna get really crowded really quick and everything that's beautiful is going to be gone...

    This is one farm owner so he stands to make a boat load of money . Town is trying to fight it but I’m sure the solar company has way more money than the town to fight it . Sad if it happens . It will take about 3 years before they break ground if it gets approved.
