    Not sure if this helps.

Its really weird, I kinda get what you mean it "jerks" Mine sometimes does that at very very low speed when I am rolling in traffic, when it tries to up or downshift. Its almost like truck burps and jerks forward.

In your case it seems like something else, I can't really tell. Maybe bring it in the shop? see what they say ? Unless they charge fortune to check it, have mechanic sit next to you in your truck so you can show them how it feels. Just explaining probably won't work, have them there as you drive so they can feel it.

Stock wheels and suspension. Random "utilitarian" mods featured on this great forum.
What mine has done (from day 1) when cold and starting down a hill, it holds a low gear and revs more before shifting. It's not necessarily harsh but it is noticable compared to doing the same hill when warmed up. Holding the lower gear longer after acceleration sounds normal. Mine does the same thing sometimes.

If you're worried about fluid level just recheck it. During the change, did you put in a lot more than you drained out? Many claim these are underfilled and shift/behave differently when properly filled.
