Crazy world where I live they don’t steal stuff out of your truck they like to add shit into the bed main reason I bought a bed cover. Always getting someone else’s trash in my bed pretty much whenever I pulled into a large parking lot.

 

Damn I'm pretty sure the same people stole the flares off my truck a couple weeks ago. They steal shit then sell it to garages around Oakland, then they sell it in on Craigslist. Mine were at Panel Craft off San Pablo

I love it when one of the threads here has a happy ending ... I've seen a few that have made me question my faith in humanity ! .

 

The only place i tend to accumulate stuff in the bed of my truck is at the Utah ski resorts for rental receipts, etc.

Pro tip: Don't throw your rental receipt trash into people's truck beds. Esp when they have your name, phone number, and address on them.

 

I hated the wheels that came on my 2018 SR5, but loved the Sport wheels like yours.

Found a set of Sports on Craigslist... kid was 16 years old and his daddy bought him a 18 Sport and he didn't like the wheels. Got them cheap.

One of the tabs on the center caps was bent, and wouldn't stay on. Found a set of 4 on ebay for $100 and bought them. Then I found out if I broke that one tab off the caps stayed on perfect.

Now have a set of back ups in case a low life fucker hits my truck like they did yours.

Mine came with the factory wheel locks. Not great, but a hell of a lot better than nothing.
