    On 2nd gens....with factory tow package most aftermarket bumpers require factory reciever to be removed prior to bumper install. This apparently changes if/when dealership shorted you 1/3 of the engine.

    No idea on 3rd gen....with or without a real engine.

    Alignment corrected by Firestone. For once, having a conversation with a tech actually worked. Caster at 3.7 on both sides, no more rubbing anywhere, which means the dirties are ready for the trails!

    Don't have much planned for the truck for the rest of the summer. Trying to stick to once a month wheeling plan!

    There's probably a good procedure on TW for hydrolock. You're up a few inches, may not be a big deal. I wonder if we extend your intake a bit. Just run the factory icecream scoop up a bit with RTV or PVC. Another inch or 2 would do a bunch.

    BBQ at Casa Del Jibbs Saturday to celebrate Deeds removing tires from my garage. Everybody's welcome, but you have to either bring a dish or beer. I'm buying the brisket after work today, rubbing it and resting it all day tomorrow, then hopefully I'll also find some time to apply the dry rub to the brisket tomorrow too.
