    No, the chance of rain was nontrivial and I didn't want to get them wet and gross. Although I could have totally done it because it didn't rain while I was there :(

    I just like the look of more rubber. The real bitch of this, it turns out, is finding the correct backspacing. I need 4" or less but don't want the wheel to look like shit.

    You dead set on finding used wheels? Mine are 8" with 4" backset. XO (American Racing Wheel) "Cast Iron Bucks" (cast alum) clears more than what stock wheel and 1" spacer did. Will clear 315s. (Reason I bought em)

    Unless you get JBA UCAs you won't have the issues I'm having.

    I know that I need at a maximum 4" to clear the UCA, but I want to minimize it beyond that to reduce my scrub radius as much as possible. I think if I got wheels with exactly 4" and no spacer, I'd get as much reduction in scrub as possible, and still clear the UCAs

    Not sure, but why would the UCAs be the issue? Are my SPC UCAs not going to have this same issue? Just trying to understand.
