    I'm still on the fence about a swing out. Wish they made one easily removable. I'd love it for wheeling, erryday, not so much. Plus camera relocate.

    Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    I think you should make a drawer that slides under the bed and your bumper serves as the drawer face. Just pull bumper to open. Put the spare in said drawer with other tools. Basically puts your spare out of the way in stock location. Keeps it hidden when not needed, easy to get when it is needed.
