Hello....my first visit to this forum. I have recently purchased a '10 Tacoma Prerunner SR5. It has 245/16 tires and I wonder if I might get even a better ride with larger tires? Any thoughts?

    are you running stock tires?

switching out the shocks will also improve the ride

    Welcome

depends, if you put a high end road tire on like michelin thats bigger than whats on your truck right now you would probably see a little improvement in ride quality.

Welcome to TW, from the fine state of Alabama!

Mine has 265s, and I drive one with 245s frequently. They have different shocks (I presume) because mine is the TRD OffRoad and the other is a base model. The ride is considerably better in mine.
