Currently have one 13Tw5 being powered by Alpine PDX-M6 in a Mr Marv box but in the process of getting an sub. I just PMed Mr Marv for the second enclosure but my question is, which amp would you go with if you were putting in two 13TW5's in your tacoma? I know the JL HD 1200 will do the job, but what other amp would also be considered? Thanks for any help

The 1200hd would be a good match. The only other amp I would consider would be the JL slash amps 2-600's or a 1000 would be nice as well.

Go here and search. Many reviews and comparisons. There are too many brands that you haven't heard of to list them all.

JL Slash 500/1 or 1000/1. The 500/1 has much smaller footprint though and can perform just fine against a 1000/1.

I run just the HD 750/1 to two 13TW5's.

How does it sound? I am running a 600 for just one and I hate to not get enough power to them.

It's probably because its a 3 ohm sub and your Alpine amp only does 2 and 4 ohm.
