    The seat latches fine. I have two car seats in the back 99% of the time. It does sit on the bracket slightly and sits under the car seat latches plus the seats fold up and down just fine. Sounds incredible. I was really worried about the sound and after hearing it myself I see why JL is always rated by it's customers very well also.
