    yeah I'm kinda wondering how those bolts you have attaching the tie rod rod ends to the steering arms are going to be strong enough with so much leverage on them.:confused: Seems like they'd just snap right off, especially the driver's side.

    Are you going to do anything else here to help out that link mount? Maybe it's just perspective, but it doesn't look like it really leaves that much for actual weld surface. Maybe a perpendicular gusset or something?

    Yes both are going to be double shear .


    Oh yeah there will be plates on the side going down as well as a plate on the top coming down to the diff it should be pretty solid. I need to weld everything up before i can plate and add gussets.

    Well I started the shock buckets this afternoon the passenger side is ready to weld in I still need to cut the inner fenders and build the driver side that one will be fun :rolleyes:

    I Really just winged this and it turned out pretty fucking awesome if i don't say so myself. It took me about 20min to design in CAD and I cut out a 16gauge mock up. It all looked good so here it is in 1/4" plate :cool:
