    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    I started my rear truss today It's looking pretty beastly. I wanted dimpled plate and 1/8th" is just not enough for my taste. So i came up with this.

    I cut 1/8th plate and dimpled them. Then cut some 1/4" with bigger holes and skinned the 1/4" with the dimpled plate pretty much giving my 3/8th" I know it's over kill but i had a half a sreap sheet of 1/4" so I just went with that.

    Fully welded every hole.

    Top fully welded and tacked to the axle.

    I still have to finish the back plates and weld on the front of the top and it's golden. The truss go's all the way to the axle end caps the shock mounts finish it off.

    Damn I almost PM'd you to see if you'd be in the shop Sunday. Would have loved to see the work being done to that axle.

    BTW, there is a 1st Gen getting a cantilever rear at a shop right by me. I'm picking up some coilovers for another member as the guy is going cantilever in the back and LT up front. I can get some pics if you want.
