Thanks dawg, it really did come a long way and pretty damn quickly. finsihed the front LT before owning the truck for a year good or bad? haha :)
Im happy with it becasue the motor and trans are fresh so this truck is far from clapped out. many many more miles to go.

I work with somebody who had a prerunner a few years back when he was younger, it was a caged and back-halfed silverado and hes from Wyoming too. He said there are trails forever there! Sand is fun, especially because its 5 mins from my house, but I want real dirt and trails!

Thanks man! The truck has turned into a monster haha the shop is at my buddies house, pretty much home base for all the Dirt Design trucks

Ha! Very true, it is quite in the cab still, I definitely take that for granted:eek: Give it another year or two of mobbin and shit will be chattering all over the place haha

Thank you Rj, I appreciate the support and I will admit, your truck was heavily studied before I took the leap into LT. :proposetoast:

I have the DMZ SUA on order and got an email from Tim today. It should be about another week until it's ready, I also purchased my rear bypasses from King this morning so i'm going to make a trip to LA and swoop all my new LT goods when the SUA is ready. When I get the rear dialed in I will be coming south to get some real off road miles to put this thing to a real test, and you're on the invite list.

Yikes don't remind me what is to come:lalala: hahaha by the time my interior is falling apart I want full cage and 4link. We gotta hit the beach when my LT is finished. Ya dig?

If I can get everything set up and tested before glamis, I am definitely going. If not, then Ill just go play in mini glamis (our beach) :p

Utah is far from my house:eek:

ABS has no place off road and has nearly caused me to wreck my truck multiple times. When you are off road and you slam your brakes, ABS will fight you and control the brakes to keep your tires from locking up. When you need to stop off road your tires must lock and dig and ABS won't allow that. With no ABS my truck will stop on a dime off road, with ABS your brakes will be chattering and send you into a ditch or off a cliff or into a wall. ABS belongs on the highway going 65mph, not in the dirt. There is a thread on TW about the ABS killswitch just search for that, it's really simple to set up.

damn dude I don't know if I can keep up with those 18s, the bat mobile VS the white knight.... bring it!

The 24th is only two weeks from now, I still have to drive to LA and pick up my SUA and shocks. It is not looking good for glamis haha what trailer are you using?! thats awesome :jellydance: I want to tow mine down south for our first desert trip :spy:

    you're coming too

bat mobile vs. white knight vs. the silver stallion (dtf) and Mini-t is in its own 4banger class even though it easily runs with my 4.0 haha

Cole and i are heading down. we're borrowing his uncles and then throwing the dirtbikes into the bed of my truck and we're headin down like that.

if i were you, id just do what i did, drive to lucern and drop all your stock parts off at cal mini then BOOM, whole trip paid for like that. haha

You should preserve it with a cage. :D

lol especially running pismo, those little cross ruts from other peoples tracks make my truck sound like a shaking tic-tac box.
Glad I could help dude haha

Youre gonna be very happy with the DMZ kit. If i could redo my rear end all I would have gone with that kit myself with the inverted shackle.
You should get with Krish (RCFREAK201) and see what valving he has. It was really plush when I rode in it a few weeks back.

    Count me in man!

Thats dope, dirt bikes in the bed of an Lt tacoma on a trailer hahaha
I hope you know we're heading to lucern with my new AR and LT soon, dont spend all your money on glamis:D

Caging it right now would be so legit haha but im too broke/scared to tear apart my 2012. Its soo nice inside still:D

I'm pumped on the DMZ, I have only heard and read positive things about it. Tim from dmz has given valving specs to king so I told them to follow DMZ's instructions for valving, I'm not sure but Krish might have done the same thing and I have heard about how nice his truck rides. :jellydance:

I hope the DMZ kit works well and this doesn't happen to me ever!
