Ah Im glad you got 37s...was worried I had to trim up my glass! Although one day it might happen. Random question, are you the guy who started mob armor? I could have sworn I saw a vid of your ride with their phone holder which is what led me to using their product.

The fenders clear nice for the 35s I had, but not anymore.
And yep, you found me. I started it back in ~2014 with a few good people and we have been growing it since. It’s been a wild ride, but the growth isn’t stopping!

That's awesome man, talk about small world! I have been looking at getting a tablet mount, but wish it didn't have to be on suction cups although Im sure your testing proved that route to work the best. Its going to be nuts to see what your ride can hit after these upgrades!

    Photo dump from KOH
Got to put some good dirt miles on this thing while out working at King of the Hammers. I can't believe how it rides over chatter and desert trails. I have had the chance to ride in a variety of race trucks, trophy trucks, spec 6100 trophy trucks, linked prerunners, etc and this thing stacks up fairly well for just rolling out of the shop and no shock adjustment.

I didn't get the nerve to send it full pin or go sideways into real rough stuff, like Barstow, so she still needs to be put to some real testing. I was just stoked to have a 95% successful shake down trip to Johnson Valley.

    IMG_1270.jpg IMG_1266.jpg IMG_7354.jpg IMG_7351.jpg
After the first few days, I ran into a hot start issue, and the truck threw a nice batch of 6 codes after a few days of no check engine light and total confusion. I got stuck up on a hill at 1am and got towed home by some awesome strangers at KOH.

Still working on this, but here is what I have so far.

The truck only likes to start after a 5-6 hours of no battery power. It fires up strong, and will run strong for 5-30 mins then go into limp mode and give me 1/4 throttle. If I'm able to start the truck and run it for a few minutes more more, then shut it off, it won't start. The computer will let it crank and crank and crank but it won't give it spark to fire up.

The codes refer to O2 sensors, MAF,etc and the only thing I changed was removed the muffler.

Definitely a good place to start. I looked through the fuses and didn't see anything out of the ordinary.

The truck is starting every time now but is 100% stuck in limp mode and I can't track down anything else.

It smells like its running rich so something is kooky with the fuel air mix and sensors.

Going out to Pismo tomorrow for the first time, Stoked! Got some prep things wrapped up today now that we got the check engine lights cleared, it was a blown 10A EFI fuse:taco:

What do I win for guessing it was a blown fuse lol. I always start there, it’s the easiest fix.
