Subd for you being like the 3rd or 4th rig to get linked since I made the sua/ LT jump about 6 months ago. All y'all are putting bad ideas in my head. It's a good thing I ran out of money lol.

    Nice truck!

Thank you! It’s all piece by piece, I’ve been sitting on the 3.0 bypasses and fuel cell for almost 4 years lol

The leaf setup was awesome but I got hooked on linked trucks and after your first ride in one, it’s never the same to go with anything else.

My buddies truck ruined leaf springs for me years ago

Yeah I rode in @dirt addiction truck after ordering all my sua parts. Don't think I could have afforded to link it. Plus a lot of my buddies have jeeps and like crawling. I was worried about the loss of ground clearance under the middle of the truck with links. We'll see what happens in time. Gonna try to grab a dd within the next year and beat the shit out of this leaf setup as long as it'll hold up.

Went dirt road hunting today, got about 100 miles (20+ not on GPS) of freeway/dirt/street on the truck today which is rad just to make sure everything is solid.

I knew your logo looked familiar. One of my customers is a vendor for your product. IMG_2135.jpg

I think you need to bring the truck out and visit some vendors/ play around for a few days in northern AZ

Legit! We have been building our own reseller network for a few years now. Glad to see we got product in your area. I would love to drive out to AZ for a marketing tour, just need to convince our bean counter to allocate some funding lol

Great to hear! We really stand behind them and love these things so its good to hear others are having good experience. Its' been crazy to see them popping up in the wild as we grow. It all started with three guys in a room, now we have 30 people on payroll and growing.

Get on it. There's a crap ton of TW members in AZ. I bet if toy through a 5% on tour discount you could sell a handful of product pretty easily

Did some fire road ripping this weekend. Found a 1” deep patch of snow and was forced to turn around with these tires. They’re hopeless even with 4x4 in snow and mud.

New to me remanufactured vatozone rack with brass bushings to give support and stop the rack from hating me in 6 months, hopefully.

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
Next time it breaks you should consider the tundra rack from solo motorsports

Without getting too far in the weeds, let’s get into the weeds lol
We’re trying to eliminate or reduce the drawing below.
    F5EE8973-9A4E-46ED-A191-FCD4CF590D6B.jpg

there’s a lot of deflection/bending that occurs at the open ends of the rack since there is very little mechanical support when you add massive tires and decide to drive crazy. The stock rack isnt designed for 37s and long travel, it’s made to last 250k freeway miles. These bushings tighten the opening at each end of the stock rack and give more support to the actual “rack” portion of the rack & pinion to keep it from pushing out of its main axis of travel (dotted line in pic above). Once the rack gets pushed up/down by the tie rods and out of its main axis, it pinches seals and ruins them.

It’s a prototype, might totally fail and make it worse, or the tighter tolerance might give it exactly what it needs.

bling is what we aim for!
