    Hi. I wanted to paint my emblem and couldn't decide what color. I went with a John Deer Green. I would love to have honest opinions on how it looks. I just haven't decided whether or not to leave it that way.

    Thanks!!!
    Danny

    I think it looks decent. Maybe get some bedside trd sport decals to match.

    No, currently there is not any other green color on the truck. I had several colors picked out. blue, burnt orange and green and chrome of course :)

    A few bolts are different.
    ya know for some reason I like it. Usually I would go the opposite direction on things like this. I have always been into antique John deer tractors though....

    That's a negative, farmer Dan. It stands out too much.

    And since you asked for honest opinions...loose the hood-flector. There is too much going on up there - skid, bull bar, blacked out headlights, hood scoop. And especially with the green emblem - its just too much.

    Also, I can't help but notice that it looks like a face.
    Buflector = eye brows
    Headlights = eyes
    Grill/emblem = nose
    Bull Bar = mustache
    Lower Grill = mouth
    Skid = beard/goatee

    LOL - Veccster. Thanks for your Opinion. I'd love to take the bull bar off, but it's already scrubbed against my bumper... bummer. I just have taken the toyota factory bug shield off (because it wasn't as low profile) and put that new one on. Maybe I need to go black with the emblem.

    I like that it is unique , not sure if I would do it to my own truck , but it's not my truck it's yours , and that is all that matters .

    I'd go black w/ the emblem... or color-match. I haven't yet seen a colored emblem that looks good, IMO.

    Good looking truck otherwise, though.
