Not much, just helping a friend out with their long travel setup

 

Took the old girl out to slick rock this past weekend. Below are two pics from first obstacle and the first time I've ever given someone a pull. I'll post some more when I can. You can see trip details here

Thanks for the tow out John! That was one spot I struggled to see the line. Tried to follow your magic line but came a bit too head on. First time I've been pulled. At least I got to return the favor for Jeremy

Here are a few pics from jeremy. Might post more. Didn't quite make the line in second pic, ended up needing a pull. If my steering wasn't worrying me, would have gone around and tried again...

 

Just realized I never posted this video of the first time I got water to flow through the shower pump. Never mind that this was during the worst part of the drought Shows how I have it mounted and how it works. Used it out at eagle lakes and it worked great once I worked out the user error, doh! Still need to hard wire a switch and re locate the shower head connection to bumper...

 

I would love to do this to my rig Johnny. Maybe at the next Mod Day

 

Heck yeah, I can put together a full parts list now that I know what to do - I way over spent on this thing cuz I'm a newb.

Hit up presto, he works in plumbing and might be able to hook it up on a pump. If you can get something water proof that would be ideal.

Out of curiosity, how much does your bed rack weigh?

 

I think it is in the neighborhood of 100-120 without the hilift on it. Pretty heavy! I am tempted to go with something more easily removable for one person, but do really like the look/function of the heavier rack..

 

Another question, do you know how wide the track width is on the Kekunam? I'm building my bedrack around it.

 

Mine are 32"

I do sort of recall them adding those separately so dunno if they are all that way or not. Might want to call tepui to be sure!

Is the sway bar off permanently or just for you to fix the bearing? Debating to take mine off or not. Would like to see how you feel about it for a daily driver.
