Last night I officially joined the dark side. Dumped my 2010 reg cab 4x4 that I wasn't happy with (and it's payment) for a 2000 Prerunner xtra cab (with no payment).

    Here she is-

That's not the dark side. The dark side is if you bought a Ford. Then you go straight to hell. :D

Funny you mention that, I almost got an Explorer. It was an 05 with 90k on it. On the test drive the tranny was about to EXPLODE! Glad I didn't pull the trigger on it.

Also, it is nice to not have a payment. I will miss the looks of the 2010 and it ran like a top, but I know this truck will last me a long time, and I love having the extra space and also the v6 vs the i4.

Nope, no Fords. This is my families 5th Toyota vehicle since 1993. We have had a total of 8 since then. Two chevys which were solid and a Ford (Lincoln) which was junk.

Ok bear with me cause I've been drinking. The wheels. They are a star pattern that is "turning" for a lack of better words. Is the front wheel turning the opposite direction of the rear?

    Oh and welcome

It's ok man. You can say "shit" on TW.

Glad it wasn't my mind playing tricks on me. I'm assuming it's the same song and dance on the passenger side? I'm anal retentive as all hell. I'd swap two of the wheels left to right so they all spin the same direction :D

If I'm not mistaken... those are explorer wheels. They actually look pretty nice on there. But you should probably ditch them before the ford shittiness infects the rest of your truck

From reading on Tundra Solutions I have found they were a stock option on SR5's in the southeast region back in the day. I'm actually missing a center cap and am trying to track it down. May end up replacing the rims anyway though shortly.

yeah looking closer at them side by side the ford wheels don't have the "shading" around the tear drop holes. I'm assuming the 2 tone and those flares/running boards are part of the option package too?
