A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
    More parts today.

Period correct wheels, real patina, my favorite Toyota engine. That truck is awesome. Don't make it too pretty to use like it should be used!

    Yeah.
Haha, that is awesome. Great find, I kinda miss my '92 but it was a plain jane 2WD. It eventually ran off to Mexico . . .

If you are thinking about adding A/C, my '92 used R12 refrigerant, so you might not want all the pulloff parts from another old one -- but not sure if you can get replacement parts designed for modern refrigerant.

    I'm still (not) working on my '77 Celica with the 20R . . .

No updates to truck to report. This weekend our star vinyl guy at work is doing her up. I went vinyl for one reason. It was free. My company does fleet work vinyl as part of sign installation. I went with top grade 3m heavy duty use grade. The vinyl alone cost us 800 bucks at super discount. Boss threw it in for free. I offered to pay he said no... I don't really know much about vinyl I install signage. But I trust my coworkers like family.

I bought 25 yards I need about 18. But I can easily replace panels as they get damaged. Having the color all printed in the same roll ensures color match in the future..

My design team went absolutely fucking nuts when they saw all the variations in graphics that the truck had. We used the PRO color pallette from the g3... came up with something respectable, honoring the legacy, but kinda doing it backwards... using lunar rock was fun!!!!! Other colors you will see

Life is good. Hug your family. Enjoy the weekend!

Sneak peak. She also finally got a name...

    Introducing "Old Greg"

Check out the shadow Toyota... we applied the vinyl stickers to spell it under the vinyl covering the tailgate to give it a unique texture and look.

The lift is on backorder... I'm kinda glad.

I'm going to repaint all the hardware pieces like the mirror assembly. Anyone have a paint brand they know works well? I'm going flat black.

Now that Greg's personality is coming out. I'm going with a modern RCI bed rack/ awning combo.... I love my cvt awning on the 4runner. And the bed rack makes a roll bar seem obsolete. No light bars no gimmicks. It will get sliders.. I hope that weight is not a big deal... but with the 4" lift and 3 Inc body lift. I doubt I need to build out its skidplates. I'll trash my 07 sport or 23 pro... that's what they are for...

This is sexy time date night with wifey truck! With 35s (soon)

Just an old pickup refreshed. To make my wife horny and me happy

If everything goes as planned Saturday I'll be driving home my new 1980 Helix Tacoma truck.

Guy wants 5k. Couldn't pass. Bad rings but apparently it's solid. I'll check this one over a little closer this time.

I'm not really sure what I'm doing here... where this ends. But here you go.

Look at the 20R! I'll never pass Colorado emissions but fuckit. I'm not changing that one bit.

Door panel mod complete. I used a nice black with texture. Hand cut with a jig saw.
