I have really liked it so far, bugs come off very easy and I do find that even after driving in the rain the truck looks like its been washed. I really like it on the hard to reach areas like the recessed grill letters, I can wipe them off no problem with a damp rag. I really like it on the Harley, makes quick cleanings an absolute breeze.

Is it a polymer..?? I've been using "Hydro Shine", which is a polymer and not a wax... I just love it as the snow just slides off the truck and when it rains, I get a free wash..!! Sounds like similar stuff...!!

Welcome, by the way... nice colour you got there...:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Thanks for posting. I was curious as to what the BAMF grill with painted backplate would look like. Pretty sweet. I may go that route soon.

Too many but also not enough mods
Sweet truck and the grille looks amazing. I'm gonna get one when I replace tires, wheels and maybe add 3 amber LED lights. This isnt for another 2-3 years so Im gonna use a dipped OR grille for now, hate the chrome.

This kind of dumb ass comment has no place on TW. Lots of women drive Tacomas, some probably don't care about your comment, others might be offended.
You sound like a guy living in his moms basement.
    No respect for others.

On the plus side manual transmissions are good.

Thanks for the warm welcome all, now just sitting here debating if I should pull the trigger on some clazzios. Really want to do the bilstein 5160/6112 combo but going to wait til spring next year for that. Already got 7k on the stock suspension, might as well let it take the winter abuse :p.

Grill was pretty easy, took a little persuasion to get it into the bezel but all said and done it took maybe an hour and a half. That's with washing and coating it after.

And thanks, I still catch myself turning around to look at it when I walk away
