This bad boy showed up today. It's a 20" single row from iggy a member on here. Quality on this thing is great and it's super bright. Can't wait to get it mounted up. Have some work to do this weekend!

Light bar installed I'll get some pictures at night up soon. Nice clean fit in the bumper and it provides a great pattern out in front of the truck

Got the jack mounted for good. I'm now gonna add an axe to the bottom of the mount and a shovel to the top.

Also need to come up for a mount for my inbound CO2 set up from instant air supply and a mount for fuel storage

Got the axe mount up and my oba set up from @InstantAirSupply showed up yesterday. Was able to get a mount made up for it this evening. Stoked to finally have my own air on board.

Went out and played in some snow yesterday had a blast. I was finally able to stretch out the truck and see how much down travel I'm getting in the rear. In the picture below I'm at 11.5" of shaft exposed in the shock which is giving me 6.5" of down travel with 5" of up travel. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. Also the CO2 tank worked perfect. I was able to fill up 8 tires in the time a buddy filled up 2 with his air compressor. IMG_3876.jpg

In preparation for an rtt and also to relocate mybspare in preparation for 35s I started working on my bed rack this evening. I got the shape and size dialed in tonight which was the bulk of the mental work. Hope to make more progress on Sunday and have this thing complete in the next week or two.

    Now onto some photos

Did a rough draft with some wood to get the gist of it then moved into the metal
    IMG_4100.jpg

I wedge cut the bends which makes for a stronger final product rather than cutting and welding the entire piece I only have to weld the sides
Also provides a nicer finish in my opinion

Wife just got home so I did a quick test fit on the truck and I'm happy. Turned out not too bad for only have the bed measurement to go off of since she was gone with the truck.

Second bar mocked up this evening. Worked on it in between painting and prepping trim for my house remodel. I'll be working on the house tomorrow and then back to the rack Sunday

Finished working on the house early and my dad didn't want to start on the base so instead we worked on my rack.

    Here we are mocked up
    With the rough shape
    IMG_4138.jpg
Then we flipped it on its head and made the center structure for the spare tire to mount up to
    IMG_4139.jpg

Next I removed the factory spare tire hanger from beneath the bed and relocated it to the rack
    IMG_4141.jpg
To get it to work in the channel we had to notch the channel
    IMG_4143.jpg
And mounted in its new home

    IMG_4144.jpg
Now a test fit with the tire
    IMG_4147.jpg
And then a test fit in the truck
    IMG_4148.jpg
    IMG_4149.jpg
    IMG_4151.jpg
Just have a few tweaks to make in the morning and then get it all burned in. Pretty stoked with out it turned out.
