annnnd washed the truck today, apparently that particular back up camera sucks ass cause backing up I notice the picture was cloudy. I looked at the camera and noticed that there was condensation in the lense from the car wash. I get to spend my last day in the states fighting with a store tring to get them to replace it.

i would too, just got outta the store and they replace it for free, said it was a fluke. We shall see

EDIT: called the maker of the back up cam and they said they shipped out a batch of cams with out seals on em. They will be sending a free cam and sound on wheels is installing a diffrent cam as well so cant really bitch about either companys. will see how it turns out and if it works well might have a back up camera to give away for karma

yea I put on as much stuff as I could/afford prior to getting home for good. I was going to put the lift on on leave as well but didnt want put a lift on then have my folks drive my vehicle cross country. I really want to break in the suspension slow and re torqe everything 300 miles after getting it installed. Not start out with a 1200 road trip/ test drive. So I voted to hold off on the lift.

so I finally got my lift, wheels, tires and TC UCAs put on. sorry for the shitty pic I have more but the site wont let me upload them for some reason. I am still getting used to the lift and how it rides, cant corner quiet as fast. Anyway, only issues I seem to have is a slight take off shudder between 5 and 7 mph and it lasts for less than a second. Maybe someone with more knowledge than I have can answer 1. is it a big deal as in can it hurt my vehicle and 2. is the only fix a one peice drive shaft. I do have the diff drop installed. Anyway I am planning on installing my snorkel tuesday or wednesday of this week and am really digging the last bumper armortec made with tire gate and holders for jerry cans so that might be in the future. Any input is apprecated.

ok sooo became unlazy today and through on my snorkel today. I only have two pics but will work on getting more up tomorrow. Install was cake, the template that you can request from cruiser outfitters was dead on and all I did for plumbing was take a 3inch long 3in diameter and jam it in the rubber part of the snorkel, then used the factory air hose and jammed it in there, hose clamped it down and put silicone around it. Took 3 hours and a case of beer. (did more drinking than working) more pics to come
