Installed a Joying HU in 2010 DC, although the install took a while, I think I am going to be happy with it. The optical out to DSP sounds fantastic, and the unit functions well. Hope this can help save someone some time on the install.

With the factory radio bracket the trim kit did not sit flush in the dash. Had to modify the bracket so the main unit sat further back. The blue tape is to cover up all the drilled hole failures. the spread on the mounting holes is 4cm. Moved the holes back as far as I could and used a flat washer to catch the last screw.
At one failed attempt to install it seemed the ribbon cable was hitting the cage so made the opening a little wider. That's why there is tape on the cage to cover the sharp edges.
Removed the mounting tabs from display and main unit. The display is held in place with the trim kit. Put in some weather stripping to help snug up the trim kit and stop any rattle/vibrations, too early to tell.
Ran the 4G antennas up A pillar through headliner and attached to windshield next to rear view. The GPS antenna is tucked up under the dash.
Microphone mounted on instrument panel, not too conspicuous

also did the factory back up camera mod post #124 of this thread, works great
