I figured I would post this here as a lot of you guys seem to love the really Gucci, high end lift setups.

My back story… I work in a management role for two firearms manufacturers… However, in a past life I worked for Porsche, from there I worked for myself managing a couple of clients massive collections (buying cars into, selling cars out of, etc), from there I owned a high end performance/dyno shop. At each stop along the way I made industry friends/contacts which lead to me getting some pretty cool products to test/evaluate. One of those companies is JRZ. If you’re familiar with their name you know they mainly do crazy high end/bespoke suspension setups for exotic and race cars; time attack cars come to mind, various formula cars, my person favorite, the gulf racing mclaren f1 gtr. They have been wanting to branch out and expand to other markets, they started that expansion supplying military trucks and armored cars with suspension, and recently have been getting into off road applications.

I should have the kit for my truck in the next week or two, and will knock out the install as soon after that as I can. The highlights of the kit are:

    • bolt-on
    • Leveling and up to 2 inch lift
    • Improved handling on and off road
    • Better comfort level
    • Better stability of vehicle body
    • 14 clicks compression
    • 21 clicks rebound
    • Fine yet noticeable change per click
    • High volume canister
    • Adjustable gas pressure
    • Heavy Duty bearings
    • Fully rebuildable
    • Custom spring rates possible.

I’ll keep this post updated with pictures and info, if there’s any specific questions about the kit, the company, whatever, post here and If I don’t know the answer, I’ll get an answer for you.

:: disclaimer:: I don’t work for jrz, however I am friendly with them and have a long professional relationship with them. I’ll be honest about the install and driving impressions, and won’t sugar coat anything. If my past experience with their suspension components is any indication, these things will be amazing.
