I have been build headlights for quite sometime now (over 6 years- before joining TW) but unfortunately have done minimal sharing. Due to the amount of numerous messages over time from members about custom headlight builds I would like to start sharing some of my recent headlights.
I perform headlight builds on the side keeping build price down. I offering retrofit headlights, standard BHLM's and custom headlights you name it... Head light builds can be done on many different buying systems; head light exchange (I will build OEM headlight I have in stock then ship to you in exchange you would ship your OEM headlight back to me, return shipping cost on buyer), headlight buy out right with no exchange, or provide your own headlight to be modified (shipping on buyer).
Each headlight build is custom to order so I do not have a set pricing yet but for the most I can confirm they are very competitive to other retro headlight builders.
I normally build custom headlight using only OEM headlights and quality parts but I can work with after market headlights and such upon buyers request.

    Feel free to message me!
I am located in King of Prussia PA

    Thanks for looking,
    JT ~ Johnny Taco

Can you explain “demon eyes” and how the design in the projectors are done?

I know people who offer these services, offer the options for it. But when you buy the kit it isn’t an option from anyone. So it’s obviously something you’re able to do to the projector itself

Sorry for the late reply, currently on the road working.

The demon eyes can either be one sold color which are powered on by your side marker light, or RGB multiple color LED controlled with a controller. They are small LED boards mourned behind the projector lens within the retro.

The Projector lens you can have etched with many different designs of your choice.

Gotcha, no worries man. The etching is cool, but not a real real must for me. I asked for another retro kit this year, so hopefully my gift comes ;)
So a demon eye is really just an LED that backlights the projector? I thought it might have been something you just painted or something.

I hope to get the Panamera 2.0 LED switchbacks and I guess do an all black headlight
