I figure as soon as I do it I’ll loose paint on them somewhere else. I’m a bit more worried about a big spot I scraped my frame but I’ll get bored and touch it up eventually... maybe?

I get so tired of sanding, cleaning and painting my sliders. Used to care and do it like every trip, now I do it like every 6 trips lol. It’s coming up soon though

I'm gonna touch mine up this winter and then just put them back on before spring. I'm pretty sure my frame has a few scrapes lol

 Yeah it’s not the most fun. The frame is easy. Smooth it out and paint it up. Quick too. I usually do that before I take it to the dealer for “service” lol

It has been a few months so I guess I have to update this again. Spent the summer working in Maine not allowed to leave a camp due to covid so didn't do much then.

Bought a used rooftop tent last month and have used it a couple of times. I like it but probably won't use it enough to justify keeping it for longer than this winter. I have my eye on a soft topper but we will see what the future brings.

Some pics of the tent from a recent trip to moonlight to wheel.

Some wheeling pics from the weekend
    EBFA0A3F-DF90-4A2A-B8D1-2CA55C889D3D.jpg BF4DE1C5-25F3-4F67-A12C-D36491373074.jpg 15F5D2DB-35D4-4939-9644-6C2ADA30B200.jpg

Got all crossed up with a rock on my diff and scraping around on whatever else on the underbody when trying to get a picture . I then got wedged between a tree, the rock, and a dirt bank on my jerry can holder so @TacomaDad18 winched my back end a few feet over so I could get out finally.
