This time it’s fun that’s taking up my time. We are leaving Thursday for a 4 day camping trip. Wish I could squeeze in the shocks at least cause there’s no fracking way I will be off roading with these 3rd gen shocks. The rears are so short I had to jack the axle up to make the bottom bolt.

Yep pretty big I will probably end up shaving more off the cab mount. Next week I will make some time to get everything on the truck.

Quite a few guys around here cut there’s back and have left them open for a very long time. Not really the end of the world if you cut it back far enough so it doesn’t become a deli slicer for your tires.

I just can't do any of due to renting. I'm smart enough to figure it. I'd also want it cover and close it back up after cutting it open.

Random thing I’ve been meaning to do forever. Well since I put the canopy on anyway. B1325444-20E2-4A80-81F6-4F51615362DE.jpgEC5D665E-AB65-4DBA-9041-CDC5A278F9C2.jpg I will need to fab up a chock for the rear wheel I think but I’ll see how it goes down the road this weekend. With these kids of mine getting bigger every damn day. 74867FF3-3B43-4137-B735-7BBF04EF028A.jpgI swear they did that to themselves. I need as much space in the back as possible. F1B9259A-1B15-4E8B-A472-09B35480D333.jpgNot even totally loaded yet. If I had a short bed I’d be hosed.

I need to remember never to try and leave Seattle on a Friday any time after noon. It took 2 hours to go the first 30 miles. Oooff. Add one more hour and2F614C34-BAB4-4FBD-99DD-15E735FA50B3.jpgforrests in the forest.

Nearby the place we were camping was this awesome trail through a 15ish acre field of wild flowers. 54B68C4A-A7FD-44B7-ABDD-0601126F6685.jpgBAB49F7B-F8C5-4A79-AD01-1A7CD1553D3C.jpg 57551A80-FCD7-446A-975C-01F0F75BCA14.jpg

Got all the 5100’s and Headstrong coils mounted this evening. Have an appointment to get tires and rims on tomorrow. After a short drive and some flexing it is currently sitting at about 2” up front. The ride is nice and soft. Just the way I like it.
