    Starting 7,1,25 Oklahoma eliminated paper titles. It has a good number of folks up tight. Its said theres more states that already did so.? We bought our Taco in june so we skated under the wire. As a senior I don't much care for where technology is heading. The turnpike is no longer manned by people or humans deleted. Technology catches your plate and your billed by mail.

    Arizona went Electronic Title aka E-Title more than 20yrs ago. It's an E-Title as long as it's got a lean holder attached to it. Once the lean holder has released it, then a hardcopy is produced and sent to you.
