    i really didnt want to put this out to the public but the way csjumper is handling it, im done with his crap.
    i received and installed led lights May 7, 2016. driver side led died January 4th 2017. due to his "policy" i have to pay for shipping to send back the old one and he will replace it with a "new" one. (didnt receive replacement till 3 weeks later)

    February 17 2017, passenger led died. same return policy bs i had to deal with. (didnt receive replacement till sometime 1st or 2nd week of march 2017)

    so now, i have a complete new set of led headlights from csjumper.

    july 16th 2017, my passenger side led died on me while driving once again.

    i contacted csjumper , i asked for a half refund of costs of my payment for these led lights he sold me. i didnt ask for a full refund nor did i ask for a new set of his lights because to me, they are trash.
    he then accused me of possibly not even owning my tacoma anymore which i find completely hilarious and then wanted a video of his lights not working. I have told him video will not work through my messenger and to use facebook so i can do a live video on my only free time i had. he did not respond to my text or phone call, i sent him a photo of his lights not working and is still requesting video.

    i manage a 24/7 business, i work 10-12 hours a day, not including about 80miles of driving each day to and from work.

    i dont have time to deal with this kind of bullshit product and seller. fair warning for anyone purchasing his leds, there are quality china made leds, and then theyre are trash china made leds. take a guess which one his are. keep your money and your pos lights @csjumper2003

    Ive tried to be nice and help you out but im assuming that this has gone on far enough. I know you have had an issue and you asked me to call you which I did. I explained that I have changed they generation of led headlights that I have made as there were some hiccups here and there. I like almost anyone has a warranty on their Items. Things do happen and standing behind an issue is what I do. That being said just like most businesses I need the item back. This is to check if there was a manufacturer issue or if there was misuse. This is standard in so many companies. I used to be a lot more relaxed with this , but after getting things back saying they didn't work and they are bent in half and wires cut etc. I have to follow the guidelines laid out in my for sale thread. This is to protect me and to protect you. You being in business should agree with this.

    In the phone call you asked me to give you half of your money back in over a years time which is the warranty period anyway. I responded and said that if you send me the lights I wont even look or examine the old ones and that I will send you a full set brand of the new generation LEDs that I now carry. All you had to do was send them back to me.

    I get the response that "I am not paying another Fing dime for your cheap shit." I then tried to explain even though there was a hiccup that I would be glad to replace these outside of the warranty. The warranty that you have known about since the beginning. Why because you specifically asked me about what kind of warranty these have. I was told that if I don't give you your money back and lose money in the process that you would blast me all over the forum and social media. You also said that if I want them back then I would pay the shipping back to me to get those headlights back to replace them, but were adamant about not wanting replacements as you bought from somewhere else instead of even contacting me.

    I am a fair guy and work with things on a case to case basis but as you have pointed out this is a business, and losing money to help out and get you rolling is one thing but to not even contact me and threaten me with posting on the forum about my "cheap LEDs" Really come on.

    Not once have I not answered your texts or pms, and have even called you to work this issue out.

    As I have explained before even after this if you want to send the LEDs back to me I will replace them.

    please don't come on here to make this something its not. I didn't say you didn't have the Tacoma. In the conversation I said that a video clip of the malfunctioning LEDs would be proof you still have them since you were adamant about wanting your money back.

    I also tried to explain why I ask for the LEDs back and you stated if you have a problem I should lose money. Not sure exactly why you would say that when I simply asked to fix the issue.

    Oh and you contacted me at on the 21st of February that you were getting ready to send them out and then I received them around the 27-28 and went back out on the 3rd.

    I was with my kids today when you text me right before you posted this. Sorry try to not handle business on the weekends as its family time for me.

    I have this exact same issue. Started about 1 month ago. Did you ever find the solution to this? My driver side headlight flickers for about 1 minute (sporadically) until it's warmed up.

    PM Sent. These LED headlights have been great for the 2+ years I've used them. No complaints. Even the flickering is really minor. Unlike a recent post above, my experience with jumpers has been A+ service and products.

    As long as it isn't burnt the main is to leave in. When the white is on you won't see the yellow.

    got my lights in today. everything went together well but i don't have any dtrls. the turn signals work fine and when i lock my truck with the keyfob there's a quick flash of white before the amber comes on. any ideas on why the white dtrl doesn't come on? i doubt that it's hardware related. maybe one of you guys have had this issue and can suggest a quick fix.

    there's also a strong v pattern pointing upwards when my low beams are on. suggestions? will rotating the bulb help? i have them with the wires pointing inwards towards the center of the truck.

    i got rained out of any more tweaking around tonight.

    on the plus side, the front of my truck looks amazeballs now. very happy with the kits i got.

    The shifter is plug n play. The dash is a solder on led. And quite a few of them.

    Yeah the shifter was real easy but the cluster was a pain. But if your good at soldering it's easy. It was my first time so it a learning curve for me.
